Delete your data

Luther — Mikhail Dubrovskii IE · Last updated: 13 August 2026

You can erase your Luther account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have it installed.

In the app — takes effect immediately

  1. Open Luther and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By request — if you don't have the app

Send an email from the address your account is registered to, so we can tell it is really you. Put “Delete my data” in the subject.

support@deeptalk.help

We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request, usually the same day, and reply to confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanentlyKept
Your email address and account identifiers · profile (name, age range, gender, intake note) · all conversations with the AI and voice transcripts · images generated in chats · psychological test answers and results · mood check-ins · journal entries · exercise and programme progress · achievements · notification token Anonymised transaction records — the fact that a payment happened, kept for accounting. They carry no name, email or account identifier and cannot be traced back to you.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no backup copy we restore from. If you sign up again later with the same email address, you get a brand-new empty account — the old history does not return.

Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription — Google Play manages that separately. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions before deleting, otherwise billing continues.
