By creating an account in Luther you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Luther is a self-help app for everyday mental well-being: conversations with an AI companion, evidence-based screening questionnaires, breathing and relaxation exercises, mood tracking and a journal. It is operated by Mikhail Dubrovskii IE, Yerevan, Armenia.
What Luther is not. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a diagnosis. The AI is a computer program, not a licensed professional, and its replies can be wrong. Nothing in the app replaces a doctor, a psychologist or prescribed treatment.
Luther is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately. Do not rely on this app to get you help.
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Luther you confirm that you are.
One account per person. Keep access to your email or Google account secure — anyone who can sign in can read your conversations. Tell us at support@deeptalk.help if you think someone else got into your account.
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account, or through the deletion request page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Use Luther for yourself, lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, do not use it to harm others, and do not resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does.
What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your entries and pass them to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy so a reply can be generated. We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
Replies are produced by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Judge them accordingly and never treat them as professional advice. If a reply is offensive or harmful, report it from the message itself in the app — we review reports and use them to improve the safeguards.
Luther is free to start, including a trial period of the paid features. Paid subscriptions are sold through Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the app. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively paying for, we will say so in advance in the app. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Luther is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on what the app told you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top, and announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use Luther after a change means you accept the updated terms.
